We can sing in meetings, and work in the garden afterwards. Work is a part of life, so at Nature’s Path we make life a part of work.

If your life involves belly dancing, organic gardening, or the occasional drum party, then do we have the job for you! We do good by our employees with things like education grants, incentives to buy a hybrid car, and money to spend however they want toward wellness. Work is a fun, sometimes silly place, where the family culture is so deeply ingrained we even call Ratana “Mom.” And then there’s the snacks—whenever you want ‘em. (Right, Arran?)
